Type of a scam Identity Theft
I got a phone call on my cell phone a few minutes ago; 4,14pm on 3/3/17 . I could not quite hear so I said yes. I am afraid it’s the "scam call about saying yes". Call was 13 seconds and no caller id. It sounded like an older woman’s voice.
What recourse do I have?
