August of 2016 i was on Facebook I clicked on a friend acceotance whick immediantly cause my moms computer to become infected. I called the number of the company that poped up on the pc screen stating that i needed to call them to fix the virus. They responded that it would cost $200.00 for them to remove the virus, also at which time they wanted my credit card information for payment to them. I talking to one of their reps I explaned i would not be using their services to fix the problem, realizing they were the problem. Recently received a call from them claiming I had a refund comimg, and that they needed for me to fill out an online refund form, at which time i told them not to call me anymore regarding this matter or else i would call the proper authorities. I could not find an address for the company, just know they are out of New York.
