Got a call for 202 area code which is DC. 202-643-4865 exactly. Told me I was approved for 7800$ from ARRA. To get it needed to send 280$ to register or prove who i am. I did research and found exact scams in past. The other # involved is 202-643-4835 as they said he was the manager. The is 100% a scam and people need to know not to answer 202 area codes
