Type of a scam Tech Support
They sent me a notice of auto renewal for tech support membership. I called them and an Indian speaking man said my account would be charged 199. Tomorrow unless i cancel …i told him i never signed up for this and he said i did 2 years ago. I asked what name was the person who signed up and he gave my married name from 13 years ag that i changed and dont use 13 years ago. He said to cancel i would need to log on to my computer…i told him i have not had a computer in 2 years. I only have an iPad. He said that would not work…i kept asking him questions, like what bank account is being charged, etc and he hung up once he heard i dont have a PC.
