Voice mail – The person identified himself as David Grey and told me that I needed to call back or I would be taken to a grand jury. I googled the information and found that this is a scam – so I did not call back.

On 1/6/16 11:50 am the following message was left on my home answering machine:
Hi, my name is David Gray and this message intended to contact you regarding an unfortunate action executed by the United States Treasury intending you a serious offensive. Ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid an initial appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense. My number is 941-877-5770. I repeat its 941-877-5770. I advise you call breaks(?) with us and help us help you

Message left on answering machine by David Gray saying you are being contacted due to a US pension issue by the US Treasury. It is important that you contact them at once so they may help you avoid Federal Court actions and appearance before a Federal Judge. Delays will be seen as defrauding the government and will be punishable including jail time. Call the phone number left immediately.
