I ordered one report from US Vehicle Reports. US Vehicle Reports continues to charge my card every 2-3 weeks for reports I have not ordered. I have tried contacting customer service numerous time to address the issue and request reimbursement for payment of services I have not requested. Customer service states they can only take my name, phone number, email, and the last 4 digits of my card that was used to charge my account and pass the message along to someone who will call me back. I have never received any correspondence from any at US Vehicle Reports. The website is extremely vague and lacks details in the "about us" section and does not provide significant information regarding the location they are based out of, who to contact, etc. The "customer service" number is answered by someone who can not do anything other than take a message. I fear I have been scammed.
