I purchased a Hoverboard from usaboardsdirect.com out of Ft. Lauderdale, FL for my daughter for Christmas. Received an email confirmation and then a shipping confirmation that turned out to be a Fedex label created. I have called the numbers they have listed and emailed several times. Left messages they took $349.99 from me for a gift for my daughter. I am trying to get a refund and this company seems non existant. I have read reviews online that this is happening to alot of people with this company. Especially during Christmas time. The website says based out of Ft. Lauderdale, but the receipt I received is from zip code 33309 and says Overland Park
