I received a warning screen on my pc which locked up any other attempts to get rid of it. I called the phone number and went through a series of discussions with a "tech rep" who claimed they were an authorized Microsoft repair service and were rated high by ScamPulse.com. I foolishly gave them access to my computer on line. They proceeded to "fix my computer". The charge was originally ~$699, nit they conned me into a "lifetime contract for $1000. They left their phone number on my desktop. in case I had any further problems. The check was sent via online scan and has been cleared by the bank.

Since then, I have been unable to contact them. The number "is not in use at this time"….lesson learned, too late.
