My husband and I both got a message on our cell phones from a man who said his name was David Myers and he was calling from a company called UCS. He said we had complaints filed against us and our Social Security numbers. On the message my husband receive it made reference to our son too. Both case numbers were the same, #24178. He said he was calling from the East Coast and to call back during that time zone. When my husband called the number back it had a message that said it was David Myers voicemail. We did not leave a message and will not call back or answer if there is a next time. We called the BBB and they confirmed that it was a scam and advised us to check our credit report for fraudulent activity.
