The owner Curtis J of Utopia Development Promised to Remodel my basement after receiving a down payment of $5,500 from me. He did nothing but hide, scam and lied. No work was ever started. I sued him, went to court only to find out he filed bankruptcy and included me in it. He claims to be a developer but he is a scam artist looking to prey on those he deems vulnerable. He had the audacity to move his daughter into the complex where I live, sit in her drive way and read the newspaper. In an attempt to convince me he was legitimate he placed a call to a guy that was in on the scam to ask his whereabouts (with the guy on speaker phone) the guy replies "I’m picking up the materials for ***Adams dr." which is my address. I’ve never seen any any materials nor have I ever seen any of his employees. DO NOT TRUST CURTIS JXXXXN. HE IS A COMPLETE FRAUD!!!!!
