Vector Travel supposedly partners with Booking.com. However, if you have an issue you only have one number to call and will only ever get the same person 24/7. If you request a manager, corporate, or any other person to speak to she’ll tell you to contact them via e-mail. They do not respond to e-mails so if you have an issue with a property you’re out money because they will not fix it nor respond to you. If you ask enough times the ONE "employee" will tell you she’s not "allowed" to give it out. Very fishy and screwed me out of $600 when we tried to cancel/reschedule when Covid-19 caused the music festival we were going to attend to reschedule.
