On 7/30/20 I purchased $15,000.00 (paid in full via check; which he cashed next day) in furniture to be delivered by my “agreed” deadline of 8/9/20. As of 8/3/20 the excuses, delays, and unfulfilled orders started (I have emails, texts, and verbal recordings of all his fraudulent excuses and delays) especially him sending invoices canceling and changing prices and products on his bogus invoices. As of 8/14/20, after not delivering my complete order and dropping off sofa sectional that was wrong color and size I went to store to demand my refund of $9784.00. To which his associate called him and he verbally told me by speaker phone that he will not refund me for wrong merchandise and well as multiple items not received. He then told associate to kick me out and call the police. I immediately called the police who arrive swiftly and tried to get my refund after hearing what was going on to no avail. Even the cop said in so many words to this owner refund her and do the right thing in so many words. I filed a police report and now have to take him and his business to court to get my $9784.00 due as well as all other expenses that will be associative with this major inconvenience of fraudulent activity. In fact after further research he has done this to many people and Needs to be shut down immediately for his fraudulent and unethical work practices.
