They called a family member stating they were looking for me. The voicemail was a robo call. I returned a call to the number, and they wanted me to verify very sensitive personal information before disclosing who they were and what this was about. They were making threats about legal action, wage garnishment and so forth. They were very unprofessional, in violation of the fair credit reporting act, and incoherent with their legal jargon.

First i received a text message “1/2 Important Private Matter, TIARAH JAMES call 651-400-7305 or https://direct.interprose.com/va/login.do?customer ID=DIRECT, Use 111802899” I replied “I will be reporting you this is a scam i have an account with cash net USA and this is not it. stop” shortly after I receive a phone call from a phone number ?(616) 228-1171? and they left a message saying This medication is _?_?_ _?_?_?_ to Alice Powell my name is Amber Roberts with the victory services I do have a court order in my office to complete and process server pending matter if you’re being investigated for I will be verify your current address and your place of employment will be your legal right and _?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_ contact your plan _?_ prior to being served at 336-663-0313 make reference case number 696777 you to comply will resort in the _?_?_?_?_?_ of your right to dispute this matter outside of court and the _?_?_?_?_ complaint will be filed against you out of _?_?_?_?_?_?_?_ you will also have to _?_?_?_?_?_ you’ve been notified good luck to you…” now i do have a account with cash net USA but my account is current and next payment isn’t due until next Friday. Please help me i have been scammed before by this similar type and i cant afford legal fee or jail of false allegations.
