Type of a scam Online Purchase
So I placed an order with this company Vikingsbrand ordered a few masks and a blanket. 109$ total on april 14th. Recieved an email from the a few days later with tracking # in china. But when you use the tracking # it cant be found so obviously wrong #. If you try to contact this company by email they will send you a response saying they will get back to you in 24 to 48 hrs. It’s been a week and still nothing. So not only do I feel that I lost my money I also have a feeling I’ll never see what I bought or anything. Someone needs to shut them down. I dont know how Facebook has aloud them to keep advertising or how they are not in jail. I’ve read reviews and I’m not the only person this is happening to. Everyone that has complained has same issues.
