This lady answers the phone by the name of Ms. Valentine. Then transfers me to a Julis person. Talks very aggressive in a deep voice! Talks like he knows the law. Said by federal law he can speak to me as a third party. I asked for that law code and he decline to give it to me. I tried calling back, they just put me on hold or continue getting Ms. Valentine’s voicemail.
