This was in my email I have not received the package they have sent as of yet. I will not be depositing any money or getting what is asked, I wanted to warn others this seems to be another Secret Shopper Scam. I am not sure What to do if I do get this package. Whom should I contact or get this to?

Dear Mystery Shopper,
This letter is to notify you that the Mystery Shopper job you applied for has been considered. We sincerely apologize for the delay in getting across to you. In this envelope is the payment the company has issued out for your first assignment and included is your upfront pay of $400 with additional fund which you will use inexecuting this exciting Mystery Shopper Assignment. Read and make sure you understand all that is stated below to avoid any mistakes.
FIRST ASSIGNMENT:
1. Locate any Walmart store close to you.
