This is a fake 3rd party website from Hong Kong. They will charge you 60 bucks for a birth certificate. When you can get one from the state fir 17. Thru don’t tell you the price until they scam you in the end of the page when you think you are going to to page to see the final charge but it looks like a next button. If you hit that it’s false authorization for them to charge you the price without your knowledge. You can’t reach them by phone only by email. And if you try to ask for s refund they will ignore your messages also you will get a email from them asking for lot of information on sending them additional information because you made an error. It’s all a scam.
