On November 2, 2015 I recd a ltr from VMA Bank, Netherlands stating I won $3,682,437.OO. Send $20 (cash, check or money order) to Processing Center, PO Box 6048, 3600 HA Maarssen, Netherlands. I did not send; I knew it was a scam.
