called my mother says i owed money from over 10yrs ago from wachovia bank and that my mother has to pay now or they will freeze her bank account. they have no information about me just my name but has my moms ss#, phone #, and address. says they never reported this to credit agency because they thought they would get the money. i dont ever remember having a bank account with these ppl. i never received a letter a phone or nothing. i tried to call the number back and it says this is not a working number.
