Type of a scam Employment
A fake job opportunity was offered to me using upwork.com a job listing site. An interview was scheduled on google hangout chat, which I though was weird. Text interview. Lots of upfront questions asked, discussed job opportunity. Questioned the "employer" about development workflow and it was clear that they didn’t know what they were talking about. Poor English, most of the interview was a clear copy and paste. Eventually the request for personal information came about and that’s when I called it and knew it was a phishing scheme.
