I received a personalized debit card from Walmart MoneyCard and the letter stated I had ordered it online, which is not correct. When calling the first number, the system asked for the card #, expiration date and the last 4 of my social security number. The bottom of the letter had a direct deposit form to Green Dot Bank. the third number listed above is for US Direct Express, which has a BBB rating of F.
