The website looks legit and the ordering process was easy. They have a lot of deals and promise free gifts with your order. I submitted my order and got a confirmation email. I expected the item to be here in about a week given that’s the information provided by the store. No shipping confirmation was sent after 2 weeks. I inquired about my order. They responded and sent me a updated email with shipping info. I thought it was weird that the tracking number that was given was not active after 2-3 days. I talk to their online chat service about this. They said that it’s because the item is shipping from China (all of a sudden it becomes an international order?). They told me to wait 2 more weeks for shipping info to update. After waiting patiently for 3 weeks, no updates, no updated shipping info, the tracking number still does not work and they’ve stopped responding to my emails. Incredibly frustrating! Now I have to contest the charge on my credit card and possibly get a new credit card as they now have my payment info and it doesn’t look like they intended to ever send my order. I hope my [censored]ty experience can help others avoid this site and their scam!! 🙁
