I ordered a dress in September 2017 off their website and after a few months had passed, I had no update on my purchase. I was not given a tracking number or any notification as to when the dress has shipped. I contacted their support team via email and was told I was going to receive help however, their team has never gotten back to me. It is currently June almost July 2018, and I have not received my package or any response whatsoever from their support team.
