I kept getting phone calls from this lady who said she was trying to reach my son regarding a Defalcation on a Personal Loan. She had a lot of information about my son. She said he owed money and that I could give her a credit card to keep it from going to court and getting a garnishment towards my son. I asked her where one could send the money and she said it could only be paid with a credit or debit card. She asked me to make a good faith payment. I said I wasn’t comfortable with giving her my cards so she said she would send me a document via email with all of the information and that I could electronically sign something to make the payment. I received the email but did not access the documents. I do not know if this is a legitimate company, Judy called back and asked if I reviewed and signed the documents, I said no I wasn’t comfortable with the process and she became very irate and said, "Why are you wasting my time?, What kind of mother doesn’t want to her help her son. I sent you everything you need ……" then ended the call with. "Send the papers to San Bernardino..[censored] it!". I cannot believe that legitimate company would speak to people like that. Someone needs to look into this company. I would hate for anyone else to have to go through this.
I then got a call from another "Supervisor" from Warner Locations Services, I told him the story and he hung up.
