a caller calls you from a restricted phone number, who informs you, you are eligible for a grant from the government for 9500, this is free money they say. you need a debit card access to western union. If you inform them you do no want to use either they give you a phone number to call. when you call the phone number you are told you need a debit card to put money on it, $250. a few hours later the same caller calls you and asks if you called the referring phone number. upon informing him m it is a scam they tell you it is not, numerous times. later you receive another phone call either from the restricted number or one showing the name washington, dc :202-5641275.
