On November 27th, 2018 I purchased an Enagic Water Ionizer, model K8 from Mr. Andrew Mills with Water Innovations Group in St. Paul MN. The state link to the company info is at: https://mblsportal.sos.state.mn.us/Business/SearchDetails?filingGuid=0240ab86-27…⇄ Mr. Mills sent me to a third part credit card processing company to pay with my Discover Card. It was a significant purchase of over $5400 and the unit was guaranteed to be on my doorstep in 5 to 8 days. I was given the runaround for over a month. On Jan 7th I requested a full refund and was told by A.M that since they had not even ordered the unit a refund would be no problem, I should expect a full refund in 2 weeks. 4 weeks later,As of Feb 5th, 2019 I have recieved one check for $500 which bounced, twice – we reran it.
Water Innovations Group has 2 Employees that I know of. Mr. Andrew Mills and Mr. Michael Brunn, both "VP of Sales". Mr. Brunn has a company called WaterTek Marketing Corporation and there are 8 other complaints with the MN ScamPulse.com Scam Tracker showing they took money and failed to deliver product. Shortly after the last Scam Report filed, Mr. Mills started Water Innovations Group – at the link above.
Here is the contact Information I have for Mr. Andrew Mills and his Partner Michael Brunn: Now they are doing the exact same thing under a new company name. Water Innovations Group. Now it is impossible to get anyone on the phone or a reply by email. They have my money and no product has been delivered as of Feb 5, 2019.
