I wanted to report a call I received from Waterhouse & Copper. My caller ID showed Price Cooper 202-241-5634. Mans name was Winston Green. Stated I won a $2.5 million check. I would need to pay $1499 Government Registration fee. They would then deliver the check. I did not send any money. I know it is a scam since they wanted money. I should not have to pay money if I have won a prize.
