I order from the website waterhydrations.com under the thought that it was a discounted hydro flask store. It wasn’t until after I purchased the bottles that I realized that they were fake. The website was based in China with spelling and grammar mistakes I didn’t notice before making my purchase. The font of the hydro flask logo isn’t right as well as the fact that hydro flask has never sold bottles that looked like this. After emailing the customer service email a few times they asked me to return the products for a refund. I was first asked to show proof that I received the products by sending photos to prove I got them.
