Individual posted a product on Craig’s List and received a check $1,960 and the product price was $275. *** *** was told to deposit the cashier’s check (which it wasn’t) and to add an additional $30 to the purchase price to "reserve it in her favor" and she promised to wait until he deposited the check before picking up the product." He replied "he wasn’t interested in selling to her because of all the scams and he will sell it locally". She replied, "okay"; however, 2 days later he received this check.
