An event titled Detroit Haunted Booze Cruise was shared with me on Facebook. I bought tickets and was told later the event was cancelled and I would be issued a refund. The refund never arrived, the phone number in my confirmation email with my tickets was no longer in service. They work with another company (ticketbud.com) to process ticket purchases. I was unsuccessful in getting help from them and now they are using a new ticket company (https://hauntedentertainment.ticketspice.com) and are running this scam in New York, California, Florida, Ohio, and more.
