Applied to a job on Indeed & a few days later got an email saying the position I applied for had been filled but there was another position available & If I would be interested in it. I replied yes & got an email back describing the job duties & verification of name, address, phone number, current position, & email. Thought it was weird because that information was already on my resume but sent it again anyway. Next was an email congratulating me on the position w/out a interview & said a certified check would be sent in the mail to buy some things for a foster care home to test my efficiency.
