This site came up in a search for what was thought to be a super cute vacation outfit.

When I placed my order I qualified for free shipping for an order over $*** and it was great. Although I needed this order expedited there was not an option to do so but there was 10 days before my trip so I figured if I reached out to customer service to just see what the policy is then maybe something could be worked out. Customer service never answered. The automatic response I received back was:

"Hey You! Thank you for contacting us today! __________________ Follow us! IG @WeArePopCulture Snap Chat @WeArePopCulture Pintrest @WAPCGIRLS Facebook @WAPCGIRLS Your message has been received. One of our customer service reps will get back to you within 48 business hours. Our Customer service reps are here Monday thru Thursday 8am to 5pm PT. If you are sending this email outside of our regular business hours please be patient. A rep will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your interest in WAPC!"

A rep never got back to me and my order has not been processed but my money was taken from my account. I reached out on other outlets in hopes of still working something out and even filed a complaint with Paypal but still nothing.

This site looked so well put together etc. I will never trust another celebrity endorsed site ever again.
