Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased products on their website that was never delivered even though my credit card was charged the day after the order was placed. I called twice to complain and received a response that it is in processing and I should be receiving it soon. I later received an email from Aaron Hagen ([email protected]) who said he was sure it had shipped and he would just need to find the tracking number, which they never responded with even after additional requests to them requesting it. On the 3rd attempt to call, the number was answered by a reward center saying pngoolsupplies was having technical difficulties with their order processing, but would like to enter me into a drawing for a $100 Walmart card, on which I hung up.

I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges and fill out the paperwork to help process the investigation with them.
