purchased a laptop from best buy and a anti virus for 2 yr virus protection . when trying to install it kept failing and a phone number pops up t call for support a man came on the phone and told me he could help me. he lied to me and said i had no firewall protection and that was the problem which best buy said is a lie. he asked to get control of my computer and he would fix it for 150 dollars and put on a five year anti virus which is another lie the computer shows that its for 3 years the charge on my chase card shows pay pal chg on 3-31
