when on the internet my computer Froze up. Could not exit out. A message appeared to call Microsoft Support Desk @ 1-888-391-3667. I called and told me my firewall was infected. It would cost me $499 to fix it. I was then transferred to WebTech World LLC supposedly in New Jersey. The tech team took control of my computer (after I scanned them a check for $499). Tech Team gave me a tel# of 1-855-811-6366. The check was made out to Webtech World LLC. After about 30 to 40 minutes under there control my computer now is working. However my password storage software Roboform was missing.
