I was contacted by phone on a craigslist ad I posted about creating 2D house plans for a housing agent working for an investment group named Wedgewood Inc. They specialize in buying homes and flipping them. So after I completed the drawings on the first house I invoiced the agent and filled out a W-9! form in order to get paid. This was nearly a month ago and I have still yet to be paid. I have tried to constantly get in touch with this person but to no avail.
