We have been looking for tickets to se a world cup in Russia, we have found welcome2018.me they clame to have the tickets and we bought 3 tickets to the world cup in April, we just found out that qe have been scammed. Money is gone 1200$ and no tickets! We dont know what to do , we in Ecuador.
