They claim that they have been hired by Manhattan Bank. For a payday loan that was taken out by you. And it is now in default. They claim to be arbitrators for this company. They threaten to serve you papers at your place of employment or home. They seem to have all of your information as far as ssnumber addresses and places of employment. They claim to try to settle this matter out of court. I only receive phone calls never any documentation on paper.
