My 94 year old mother received an envelope in the mail that looked as though it was related to tax information – it had a number on the front that looked like the numbers on a tax form and had THIRD NOTICE printed in red. Inside was a letter that said "Updated Medi-Cal Dental Benefits Third Notice". Thank goodness that she has family members that take care of her financial and health matters and she wasn’t duped into panicking that something was going on with her dental insurance. "Dr. John Luther, Chief Dental Officer" should be ashamed.
