I was told by Western Union International on instagram that if I send $300 they will flip my cash and give me $4500 b/c I was a new client…the guy stated they only flip cash for payments of bills etc…I sent $300 through western union and then I was blocked on his Instagram page. And never recieved my money back. I have attached my receipt showing where I sent money to western union in the amount of $300
