The Time Share re-sale scams are alive and well with new methods and offerings to sound more authentic. The end result is the same according to what I have read on your web-site. They offer an amount that is ridiculously high as to the actual value, and state there is no money owed up front. Also they mention an escrow account that the money offered will be held in until close of escrow. I have not gone past the offer on this latest encounter but it looks like the name of the business keeps changing as the scams evolve. Beware of this newest business name for I am certain it is the same old thing in different clothing.
