My family and I have been looking to get a pet dog. I went online to search for breeders and found the site (http://www.whitesamoyed.site/). The site offered new Samoyed puppies for 50% discount and providing shipping of the puppies to any location within the U.S.. I completed their online form and was contacted via SMS by the number +1(432)242-5024 and by a person named Hilton Cedo with the email address [email protected] We corresponded over both SMS and email and after the initial questions and answered, they informed me that to send payment of $900 via Zelle Pay. I pursued to send the payment and was told that they would start the process for arranging to ship the puppy to my address by an agreed upon date. We continued to correspond via SMS, where I requested to get a video clip of the puppy and to have the "breeder" call me so we could discuss further. Although the person responded to my text messages, they never called me as requested. I also requested for them to send me the contract and invoice for the purchase. They unfortunately never sent it to me. At this point, I feel very disappointed, stupid, and at a loss.
