Second, who get donations out of the blue? not individuals, I’m sure.
I don’t know anyone by that name nor have I heard about this foundation and I could not locate any foundation like that.

This is to acknowledge the receipt of your email and your assurance to act as I have instructed. However, I want you to know that the total funds for this 2018 Edition of my Charity Donation Program was sent to Vaulte Private Bank in Switzerland as an International Bank Draft, and you are requested to contact the Bank for the transfer of your funds to you.
You would have to make contact with the Bank with the following REF No: VPB517WP18 for Identification Purpose for I have already forwarded your contact details to them as one of the seven lucky beneficiaries of this 2018 Edition of my Charity Donation Program. You would setup an Offshore Online Account with them and have it activated for Active Banking Procedures so that your Bank Draft of the total sum of $450,000 USD can be deposited into the account for Clearance.
After your funds has been Credited into your Setup Account you can then transfer your funds from your Offshore Online Account to your Designated Account in the States using Online Banking System.
