Consumer came in to the Spokane Office:
What happened the first time he came by was he wanted to know, he had some extra asphalt and wanted to give me a better deal than other places. He wanted to quote me $18,000, I told him no. I told him I was going to rock it for $200. He came back a second time and he gave me a better deal than what he gave me the first time. He gave me $3,500 down and $1,800 at the end. He never came back and it was supposed to be done by Oct 1. I want it taken out of my driveway, it’s that bad. It’s cracked and already falling apart. He got rid of the stuff he had from the job, he did it at night and it’s cracked. I want it out of there and rocked.
