At this time we still have not heard from you in regards to invoice from CORE I.T. RESOLVE SUPPORT SOLUTIONS LLC for the TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES which you took on which was due on the same date of service but due to lack of correct billing information the payment was not been completed. nor have we gotten a response to the letter sent on August 21st 2017, the letter sent on August 28th 2017, or our numerous attempts to call and email you. Your accounts is now HIGHLY past due and you owe a total of $499.99. Plus $200.00 includes processing fees, late charges , penalties , legal charges etc. The Amount can be worked out upon discussion and the waivers can be done.
Your account is now seriously past due and it is clear that our efforts to work with you to collect the invoice amicably are not working. I regret to inform you that unless we receive payment in full by August 25th 2018 or work out an agreed upon payment plan by this date, we will have to turn your invoice over to our attorney for LEGAL PROCEEDINGS.

Received an email debt collection from this guy named William Strauss. There is no address or contact information provided. His title shows Attorney, Division of Collections|Internet Crime Complain Legal

I received this email claiming that I owed $651 to a group called CALL TO RESOLVE SUPPORT SOLUTIONS LLC. They claimed that I had owed money to them from "TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES" that I never did or ask for. They claim that they have not received a response to a letter sent out September 21st 2015 and calls made in August 2016. They claim that the payment is 180 days overdue and go on to say that if you do not call the number on the 3rd day after receiving the email then "you will be prosecuted to the full extent under the law. You will certainly face incarceration, and all ill-gotten gains will be clawed back." , as they stated in the email. When I read that I literally had a panic attack over what they were claiming and immediately contacted my lawyer to see if this was true and if they were legitimate. Upon hearing that they were not I immediately deleted the Email and contacted my bank and credit agency to ask for added protection on my accounts.
