Type of a scam Debt Collections
I was contacted by the below mention. they called my cellphone and left a message, they also called my family (including my 18y old daughter) about a debt from FMS f/k/a Bankfirst N.A, of which i never had a credit card from and it’s not on my credit report. the women i spoke to on the phone ( Jordan Kline) a Mediation specialist, said they where trying to contact me through mail from a address i have not lived at in about 5 yrs. I told her i don’t live there any more, and she only said the street name, not the whole address, which raised an eyebrow. she said that she will sent it to me by email of which she did, and the email that she sent the Offer of Settlement letter had my current address of which i didn’t give her. Which raised another eyebrow. Thats why i’m contacting you with this.
