It pops up as a notification from Microsoft to call the above toll free number (which I traced to the above-noted company), because the site (or my computer) is blocked due to either: flame malware, spyware, virus, etc. It says to call the toll free number in order to receive instructions on how to remove.
I have not called this number.

A popup claiming to be from Microsoft — this time with a different toll free number: 1-844-692-6305. As with the other number (866-516-2735), it claims that my computer is infected and to phone the number for advice on how to remove.
I did not call the number.
