I received a notice that I could update my computer to Windows 10. After I updated, my personal logins and passwords were displayed on my bank’s login portal. I called my bank to ask why this was happening and they informed me that they were not ready for Windows 10 and I needed to contact Windows 10 to remedy the issue. I searched on Edge for Technical Support for Windows 10. The phone number 877-333-6087 came up. I called and received a representative that I allowed access to my computer remotely. He then claimed that I needed to pay $399 to him via credit card to have the computer unlocked and fixed. I informed him that I did not have the money.
