The consumer was contacted by someone who posed as tech support from Windows 7 Global. The caller was attempting to access the consumer’s computer by saying that Windows has received error messages and they wanted to try and fix the problem. The consumer stated that she told them to never call her again. The consumer did not give any information to the caller.
