Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
They are claiming I have a refund for Windows Microsoft for a purchase back in 2017. They wanted my info to get me the refund, when I didn’t give them info cause I claimed I didn’t own a computer or remember any purchase of over $200 and some odd price, they got pissed and hung up. When I called them back and requested a supervisor, I asked a ton of questions about what they are claiming, he couldn’t answer any questions. I called them fake and just wanted money. they admit it and asked for money, after getting pissed because I wouldn’t give them any information, they hung up.

I received a message on my answering machine that was from Windows Microsoft stating that the company was going out of business and that I was due a refund for services I’d purchased. I knew this was not true because I did not purchase anything.

They called said they were from windows Microsoft and that my computer had a virus and that my computer was sending them error messages about a virus! I asked for a call back number because my computer was working fine and I have Norton. She gave a 800-962 -9262 and employee id #M589 after looking up on line Microsoft doesn’t use that phone number and other people had complained about them calling them. This is a fake company just trying to scam people.
